Your logo(s) will be delivered in the following file formats:

| WHAT IS THE PROCESS? |
1. Simply add this package to your cart and purchase.
2. Once your purchase is complete you will receive within 24hrs, an email confirmation that includes a link to sign a design agreement, as well as a brief brand personality questionnaire to fill out.
3. Once I receive your signed contract and completed questionnaire, I will review and begin designing your logo. If you have any questions or concerns before we begin feel free to email me directly at info [!at] thefabdesigns.com
**Your project start date will be determined once your signed contract is received.
4. Your logo concepts will be sent to you via email within 5 business days for review.
5. Once the final logo is selected and approved, I will email you all your final files.
***|IMPORTANT DETAILS|***
** If needed a complimentary 30min design consultation is included. This can be used at the start of the project if you feel it is easier to talk through your brand personality questionnaire answers, or during the revision process if you have any thoughts you would like to share.
**Please keep in mind, revisions do not mean changing the design concept. Revisions are limited for example, changing placement of a design element, changing any words or names included in the design, or colors.
** Concepts presented are based on the answers from your questionnaire.
**If your purchase is made over the weekend starting Friday after 5pm EST you will receive your email confirmation that following Monday. Please be sure to message me here on Etsy if you use another email address besides the one provided with your Etsy purchase. I want to be sure to email you via the best email for your contact.
**Your project start date is determined once your signed contract is received. Project timelines may vary based on our ability to communicate timelessly. Most text based orders are completed within 5-12 business days from the project start date.
** Digital files only and no physical item will be shipped
**I own the copyright to any designs that are NOT approved for final production
** You will have all the rights to use the logo that is (are) approved and finalized in any way you want
**Due to the customizable nature of the products I am unable to provide a refund/return/exchange once the design process has started
**Font license is not included but can be purchased separately, a license link is included in the final package should you need to purchase an extra license.
